"I 'have worked for Del Valle High school for at least 6 years and the compensation in relation to the amount of work and responsibilities is too low. The level of professionalism and organization has always been bad and continues to deteriorate as we have a serious problem of teacher and administrators turnover. The best part of this company is being able to see how you can have an impact on some of the students you have worked with and watch as they grow."
