"I worked for Del Monte Foods for 4 1/2 years during which time the company went through many changes as it struggles to reinvent itself. I was fortunate during the first 3 years to be able to work fairly independently, with strong support from Senior Leadership. With change in Executive leadership in the last two years and unsatisfactory financials, the company was forced to outsource many functions, including my own."
