"Not a job with a future - look elsewhere for a career. Turnover rate is way too high or a small company. 14 people have quit or been fired in less than a year. Hired in at Dekker with high hopes and great expectations and left after a few months with no hope. Management, including HR is inappropriate, demeaning and intimidating. Too much time spent patting themselves on the back and not nearly enough time dedicated to helping establish a comfortable and productive work environment.
