"I've worked for Deharo Mechanical for a year now. Deharo Mechanical is a great and professional company amongst most competitive Mechanical contractors in the Bay Area. Deharo Mechanical is a 40+ employees small company and it has a great job learning environment since there are many ways an employee can learn. As a project engineer, I was in charge of doing pre-contract work; estimating bids for service/construction projects on MS Suite; strong communication interaction amongst Project Managers, customers, and vendors on a daily basis; design mechanical set of drawings in AutoCAD, etc. My relationship with my supervisors was great. They are really helpful and have taught me many things on the HVAC field. They have treated me really well in the professional and personal aspect. My work environment was very healthy and enjoyable since all my co-workers were really helpful and get along with people. This is a work place where you're constantly learning and challenging yourself to get up to their level.
