"You mean what did I like, was the fact that I was left alone to do my job without someone standing over me and they trusted all my input."

What don't you like about working at DECRA Roofing Systems?

"Sometimes upper management would get in heated arguments and I had to listen to it because my work place was right outside there door but it did not always happen behind closed doors but right in front of me and all I could do was just wait for them to stop to get some real work done."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Yelling never fix's anything nor does it help with what ever the problem is. In other words grow up and be more professional."
