"Decolav is by far the most bizarre place I have ever worked in my life. In my several years there I have seen people let go each month for no reason in a company with only around 20-25 employees. The owner is probably the worst person I've ever met in my life. He would yell at employees for virtually no reason. Forget about human resources who acknowledges the owners wrong doing, but does nothing about it. Some local recruiters refuse to place talent there because of the high turnover rate. Previous employees were threatened with, and are in lawsuits with this awful man. Most industry vendors and clients refuse to do business with the owner as he has burnt so many bridges."
