"I have worked for Decker Machine Works for several years. As manufacturing companies go, Decker Machine Works is very clean and modern, with a fairly young workforce. As a small company, they don't currently offer a lot of benefits, but the flexible scheduling is a definite perk. You can have a lot of control over the structure of your work, as long as the work is being done well and getting done on time."
