"I worked for this small software company for 1.5 years. The idea for their platform appears to be a good one, but they are having to build out their software off the foundation of one of the companies that were acquired. This may be a smart move as the current clientele help support the new code rewrites and vision. This is a family-run company as owner with all vision, decisions, and focus is driven by the CEO and his son, Software Development Manager. It could be a good stepping stone for a person looking to get feet wet with software sales and coordinating marketing efforts. However, decision-making and certainly financial support will be driven from CEO down."
