"I worked at the dairy processing plant in Rochester, IN for less than a year as a maintenance technician. It was not so bad in the first few months, but progressively worsened. I worked 3rd shift with only one other person, although I was informed prior to employment, more would be hired. They are a union and their points system is beyond ridiculous. I loved the work, hated the environment."
