I worked 3rd shift with only one other person, although I was informed prior to employment, more would be hired. They are a union and their points system is beyond ridiculous. "It's a job that pays well, but the work environment and days off are garbage. If you just want a paycheck and good benefits they it will be perfect."

"Days off were terrible for a family life. Worked weekends most of the time."

"Make it more efficient and have weekends off so people could have a family life."

"It is stable, not exciting, very grounded and old school. It's not going to challenge you but it is steady."

"Too many old managers who care nothing about the company but care only about protecting their fiefdom and their people. Too many people there trying to make others look bad so they don't look as bad. Lot's of pointing fingers."

"I don't think there is much to do differently at a commodity centric company."
