"I started working at Dealer360 about 2 years ago, when I started everything was very much in flux, including the team. Throughout my years I found a strong ability to grow my skills through projects and conferences available to me. After a cyber security incident the management has changed and most of the team has left causing another growth period. I love the flexibly of the work environment which focuses on life first, allowing me to work remotely occasionally and take hard to find time appointments. The work itself can be a great challenge or it can become tedious with lots of changes throughout the sprint causing setbacks. Things need to be better planned for sprints and management more aware of issues coming up during sprints. Otherwise it allows for great growth in learning new software and a flexible work schedule, the people are also very fun and outgoing."
