Additionally, an individual's experiences are related to how one reacts to varying types of leadership. Some individuals could thrive in this environment while others are left searching for more autonomy in their work."

What don't you like about working at Dealer Tire?

"One major area that I believe Dealer Tire is struggling with is the upper management group. The management group lack's leadership abilities and everyone is somehow connected to everyone else."

"I would suggest that management take individual employee's opinions into consideration when making significant changes."
