"The 'director' of this company is a man child. He thinks too highly of his own experience, and is overbearing over every aspect of the business. He doesn't allow for free ideas to flow within the company. He already has an idea of what he wants, but will still ask you to come up with a plan for him to reject. The rest of the company was pretty good. The people were cool and the benefits were nice."
