"Bad communication from the executive team. Top management team keeps the company's immediate and future direction to itself. Inconsistent and arbitrary micromanaging. Stifled follow-through. No team building departmentally or inter-departmentally. No training or chance for promotion. Poorly executed performance reviews. Inability to review managers."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"You'll get a better sense of the dissatisfaction from talking to the teams that make up each department rather than the department leaders."
