"DaVita was once a great place to work. Over the past 6 years there has been a definite down turn. Profit and Metrics are the only focus of the company now. Patient care is suffering and employees are afraid to speak up when something is wrong. Compliance lacks in every facility. They manipulate lab to meet KTOV in PD Patients. Especially in the Orange County area of Ca. And if you report the incidences you are shunned and pushed out of the company. This organization discriminated and bullies there employees. Horrible management."

"Davita is the absolute worse company to work for. Don’t let the “fortune500” company fool you. The management is terrible and they are sneaks and liars. The infectious control is horrible. There’s no proper training for staff. Stay far away from davita dialysis centers. They don’t give you 40 hours a week as promised. Your lucky if you get 30 and the take out breaks from your 30 hours. It’s a joke. This is a serious warning. I have nothing to gain or lose posting this. Read all the reviews! The majority are negative"
