What do you like about working at Davis Research?

"Nothing, they build a work environment of spy's. Their is no trust or loyalty in the work place. Leadership is very adolescent and inconsistent in direction."

"Make sure you get every thing in writing before excepting the position."

What don't you like about working at Davis Research?

"Leadership is not honest in there direction. They seem to be confused, and will not take responsibility for there actions. Managers are afraid of anyone that has or presents a new idea."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"take classless on how to manage and supervise personnel. Quit hiding behind what there clients want...it seems to me they us the client as an excuse for what they want personnel to do, very coward-is way of management style. I find the leadership/management lacking in professionalism...not being truthful, poor preparation of training personnel."
