"I worked here for a year, all employees are hired through a temp agency with little to no legal experience. Once hired on you have to do another 90 days before you receive benefits. Thats 6 months and with no increase in pay. You are just another body to replace the previous body. Your case load is around 200 cases. You receive two days of training from a foul mouth woman that probably drinks to much before and after work. The environment is non encouraging you must be quiet and work at all times. No team work and upper management only watches you on cameras and lets you know all your mistakes from your great days of training, things after 7 months you were never trained on. There is no company morale and no praises. Top management will walk right by you and not even say a word for as long as you work there. Your supervisor is the attorneys wife and she has no professionalism and no management qualifications. She is a snob and if she doesn't like you well your gone. Some of the attorneys are real nice but the lead one the one you must deal with is not good to put it nicely. Don't waste your career time on this joint its not even worth the paycheck."
