"Management cycling. Uneven cycling (unpaid OT, then paid OT, then mandatory 6 x 10 days, then everybdy works 40 per week) of employees when the cycle of outage or equipment failures didn't necessitate the cycling."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Good leaders need time on the pond where they are leading if not for themselves then for the employees they are leading."
