"There was to much turn over in the design drafting people. Lots were not happy with the way the company was ran. No benifits for cad people until a year of service. What if you get hurt on the job"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Give everyone a change to work and don't put people with no experience over people with 20 to 30 years of service in engineering."
