"Make sure you know what you are getting into schedule wise. Youwill work every holiday and sometimes you will need to close the store in the evening and be back in the morning. Rough - no continuity - changes week to week."

What don't you like about working at Dave & Buster's?

"I loved working there - the position was eliminated and the only other positions are hours - or Front of House Manager who are required to work 55 hours a week - and a schedule that does not give you a good quality of life."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Well as far as I am concerened - they eliminated my position - which I had always felt I was insurining that the corporation did not get ripped off nor the employees get ripped off. I think that eliminate the Business Analyst position will cost the company in the long run because there is no one minding the store - and if the managers are in the back of the house they can't be watching the guests."

"I like working at Dave & Busters very much but I was pregnant had to move on."

"Good work environment, great people to work with. It can present a good tech with daily challenges."

What don't you like about working at Dave & Buster's?

"It can be a bit loud in the game room. Be careful when you have your head inside a game cabinet and your feet hanging out you will get stepped upon. This usually happens while trying to work on a CRT with 50,000 volts inches from your face."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Respect the game techs. Unlike wait staff and cooks you can not go cutting your game staff to make budget on slow weeks. It might work better if you based weekly payroll budgets on Friday Night / Saturday sales rather than on the current system that sometimes see the amusement department over staffed on Monday - Thursday then under staffed for the weekend."
