"It's a great place with a great culture! The growth is outpacing the ability to manage it well however; that's the biggest concern I have at this point. The training/growth opportunities are there, definitely. Consultants are expected to go to a client and learn (very quickly) whatever is needed for the job at hand. That might not be in the consultant's skillset. This can be stressful. And it's just part of the culture. Overall a good place to work and grow."
