"Datalogics is a good place to work, but there are caveats. It is a small company expanding out to a big company and as such there are a certain amount of growing pains. Primary of these is trying to determine the larger scale production processes that fit their product line. The view of 5 managers in a meeting with 3 team members is not uncommon. All that being said, the management staff is trying. They just don't have the solution yet. They also care about the team as people."
