"I have always wanted to be a data specialist or a 'Data Guy', as a data warehouse and Business Intelligence Developer I have my first step in the industry to handle the data and work on the business requirements from the clients. Eventually, I'd love to understand and move into big data space and work on it. The only downside I see as a business intelligence developer is that as you gain experience, we become more dependent on a specific set of tools."

"I do not like working at saama technologies with less salary, working for more extra hours."

"Don't go for Saama Technologies at all. You will lose track of your career path."
What don't you like about working at Saama Technologies?
"HR team and Resource management team exploit employees in a big way. They don't have proper tools and infrastructure environment to leverage to the employees. They make employees work at the possible less salary than out in the market. They also ask to forcibly work extra hours including on weekends and late nights."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"They must improve their poor management and stop exploiting employees."
