"Incredibly talented people from many different cultures. Good esprit de corps. Continually expanded my horizons regarding standards I should set for myself."

"Dysfunction and chaotic growth in pursuit of an ill-conceived goal. Atmosphere of intimidation at worst; neglect at best. Ultimately wastes resources. Would be well served to institute best practices of human resource management."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Institute curriculum of fairness and equal rights. Had significant potential for workplace violence while I was present. An employee's position within the company ought to be based upon one's abilities, seniority and contribution. Clarify to all employees what is expected of them, and build channels of communication and grievances."

What do you like about working at Danfoss?

"The company was on the leading edge of energy conservation and had just begun to move from an MS Access database to MS SQL Server. Since the home office was relatively small, the work environment with co-workers was close."

"I love working at Los Angeles County."

"Glass Ceiling. Hard to change work responsibilities once acquired. Silos in departments of work type."
