"I worked for this company for 2+ years, and enjoyed it very much. It was not without problems - there is a serious social disconnect between urban corporate and rural operations - but I was treated well, challenged, and respected. Compensation could be better but then, couldn't it always"
"I have worked at the Rainier plant for years. Never has it been this bad, and it's declining fast. We have countless managers when we really only need three. The quality manager is a joke. You are rewarded here for doing less. No one even knows the plant manager, who has been here for quite a while. There is no room for advancement if you are a woman, which is sad. The few of us who care are trying to keep this place running, but each year it gets more difficult. I don't recommend products, jobs, or the CEO."
"I've found that the managers that I've had are petty and have been more concerned that they look good to their managers than doing what's right. They need a moral compass. Benefits are great and it'll work if you don't want your soul sucked dry."
"Good company and products, but heavy politics."
"You will be placed on the graveyard shift for your entire first year of employement"
