If you love being on call 24/7 and diving into your work then this is the job for you. Otherwise the job isn't terrible. Daily meetings, constant line sitting and troubleshooting are the main jobs."

What don't you like about working at The Dannon Co.?

"Upper Management, lack of career advancement, job security and the Politics. They do not care for their employees or their well being. No work life balance and in order to move up you have to KISS major A$$ and/or do things that compromises one's integrity."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Hire Americans and stop hiring EXPATS!!!!!! This is USA not Europe. Hire employees that know, lived and understand the US and opportunities that lie ahead. In terms of ethnic diversity, there aren't many minorities that work in this company."
