"After I was hired, I found out via the internet, that Danmer had a class action suit filed against them by their employees for not reimbursing for mileage. Then, found out via the internet that my immediate supervisor, was arrested, charged and imprisoned for felony agrevated child molestation, what happened to our back ground checks These employees go into customer's homes!"

"Management is hopeless at this company....you know what flows downstream."

"my co-workers are truly the reason that I stayed as long as I did."

"make sure there products are better. There faux shutter is made in China and they tell homeowners it is built here in the USA."

"the values of owners needs to improve. They have to treat the customers like they care if there to ever be on the level of 3 day blinds."

"sell the company and start over honestly. They need to bring in managers who are there for more then just a paycheck."

"The company was started in 1976 and does its best to maintain a family feel."

"Do your homework and really know the history of the company. Be prepared for a shifting environment as the economy is still fluctuating, so are the internal mechanisms from within."

"The economy has unfortunately taken its toll on Danmer resulting in reorganization resulting in my lay off."

"I would suggest that upper management listen to the employees concerns in regards to HR issues as well as possible ideas that they can bring to the table."
