"I've worked for Dangote Oil Refining company since 2016, it's a company that has eyes for profit and does anything it can to achieve that. Employees welfare is a big deal, as you have to push to get it. Promotions doesn't come as scheduled. There's also no Job security."

"I have worked for Dangote group for years, I love my Supervisors because they play important roles in the work by organizing it and when the job is well done they congratulate the crane operators, but my salary is very poor, the Dangote crane operators work like elephants and eat like ants, no accommodation no transportation, we are not honored, only Indians are regarded on the job, and are highly paid, Dangote oil and gas refining company I have a lot to say but let me stop here, thanks"
