"A business focused on the bottom line; depending on which department you are in can be rewarding or difficult."

What don't you like about working at Danaher?

"Not careful enough about documentation, debugging or testing. While it was nice that we could set our own agenda, often there was too little control of the portions that engineers don't want to do, like write up bugs, or documentation."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be a little less paranoid about getting done on time and more about having the right tools - and using them!"
