"Be sure to interview with other companies besides Danaher! Danaher is a dysfunctional workplace!"

"There are no highlights to work at a Danaher company. They are cheap, inefficient, overly managed, poor product quality, rude managers, corporate benefits that suck, below-grade pay. When the economy improves, people will leave in droves from this dysfunctional organization!"

"I was largly able to direct my own efforts in the best interest of the company."

"A business focused on the bottom line; depending on which department you are in can be rewarding or difficult."

What don't you like about working at Danaher?

"Not careful enough about documentation, debugging or testing. While it was nice that we could set our own agenda, often there was too little control of the portions that engineers don't want to do, like write up bugs, or documentation."

"Be a little less paranoid about getting done on time and more about having the right tools - and using them!"
