"Everyone wants money no one wants to work.No one listens to ideas to improve services. Excellent staff leave and you are left with sociopaths that do not care or have the ability to maintain patient safety. Management just goes with the flow. Unfortunately, our patients have a higher then normal mortality rate so nothing is questioned."
