"The development cycle can be improved. Often changes in the design, which results in rework. Doesn't matter how hard you work, if their business doesn't go well, they will terminate you."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The management was pretty good. They would always listen to your ideas and suggesting, but at the same time the development cycle would always go off schedule and they design meetings might leave you with some confusion. I would suggest them to work on improving the development cycle and working on defining clear requirements."
