"Management needs to pay attention valuable personnel better. Try to accommodate their needs better. Also focus on placing employee's in the right positions so they can have career fulfillment."

"Management needs to strive for buy-in in company wide programs and initiatives before implementing them. Focus, focus, focus on placing the right people in the right positions, because if they don't they will continue to have a high turnover rate and lose their employees."

"The development cycle can be improved. Often changes in the design, which results in rework. Doesn't matter how hard you work, if their business doesn't go well, they will terminate you."

"The management was pretty good. They would always listen to your ideas and suggesting, but at the same time the development cycle would always go off schedule and they design meetings might leave you with some confusion. I would suggest them to work on improving the development cycle and working on defining clear requirements."
