"Beware of poor USA leadership which has resulted in decisions that have greatly weakened this company. Unqualified and unchecked new local management are destroying employee morale and weakening internal controls particularly in Compliance, Legal and Risk. Recent layoffs of experienced staff members have exacerbated this deteriorating trend and the plan to replace with younger and more inexperienced successors will only make things worse. Systems are antiquated yet functional and the Firm culture is unique but successful, however new Management team is totally unprepared to do anything but cut costs and reduce headcount."
