"Here is my advice to anyone that considers working for Dairyland as I once did. There are some great people there and then there is some leadership that has no clue and should not be in a leadership role. Those leaders pave the road to our success or failure. Problem is if they fail to understand the role of a real leader those that follow fail. Here lies the problem at Dairyland. Think wisely as your efforts most likely will be appreciated more elsewhere. I have the integrity to voice and do the right thing and all should be aware."
