"The industry is very unstable. I was relocated to Charlotte and the company is currently downsizing."

"There are other locations in the USA you could move the plants to."

"Be prepared for a very formal atmosphere disguised with an outward presentation of a relaxed environment. Management can be very closed to suggestion."

"Sometimes there was more emphasis on form over function. Just doing a good job was not always good enough."

"Let people do what they dow well and stop trying to fit"

"There seems to be limited opportunity recently for those with diverse backgrounds as competition has increased."

"Happy employees make for productive employees. Having fun should not be forced or planned, it should come naturally."

"Daimler was a decent company to work for while I worked there. It is good to its employees but terrible to its contractors. I was laid off in a group meeting with zero notice and given no instructions whatsoever as to how to return my badge and laptop."

"It's a job. It isn't that fun to work here but it is stable and reliable."

"The work is not challenging. I feel like my job has stagnated.There are too many meetings, too many useless employees. The company has lots of bureaucracy and resistant to change."
