"In my entire career, I have never seen poorer management than here. "Team work" is unknown to these guys and they still work as if they are living in 19th century. I tried very hard for many years to find a rhythm to work here but was finally too frustrated to carry on. The immigrant architect has no respect for the co-workers, assumes that he is the GOD of the field, and treats employees like slaves. I would request everyone to run away even if offered a job here. I don't know how I stayed there for many years. I realized later in my career that the compensation was absolutely disproportionate to the efforts I used to put. Please RUN AWAY from these architects."
