"I worked there for 9 years. I liked the people that work there and enjoyed the freedom they gave me to develop solutions for them. Unfortunately the pay and promotion structure is poor and you can't get a raise without approval from the CFO and they don't think they need to pay competitively to the rest of the country because they are in a small town."
