"If you are a seasoned healthcare professional with the flexibility to do tasks, not in your job description, and deal with continual change this might be a good fit. The hiring process is quick. Corporate is located in New York, and makes attempts to address issues but is often disconnect and ineffective. Management are not interested in teamwork, coaching, or professional advancement of employees. The culture has fear as a motivator. There is unethical activity regarding the top management of the facility. Issues with discrimination, lack of policy and procedure, employee retaliation, and hostile work environment. Staff does not have opportunity for advancement in most positions. The pay is significantly lower than industry standards, benefits are often cheaper to purchase privately, and PTO / Holidays are substandard. The offices are over capacity with employees, and the building is old and has a bug problem. Privacy is not a priority regarding employee confidential information. There is a metric below asking if I would recommend the CEO. I believe it is a board, and only one member has taken an interest in the facilities."
