"I loved the orientation process and felt ready to do my job."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Don't apply it is a physician owned hospital. Everyone was fearful for their jobs as nurses. The nurses never got the hours that they were promised on the 4th 5th and 6th floors. I think that the hospital is going through some financial difficulties and nursing was having to make up for it . You will regret this decision, the disappointment after orientation is tough, good luck if you decide to apply here."

What don't you like about working at Cypress Communications?

"There was not much to like, Got to the surgery department and was very disappointed, management was unwilling to listen to the nurses suggestions, some had been there since the hospital opened. I am a confident RN. I left after 3 months afraid for my RN licence."
