"Cynergy is a great place to be a software developer if you aren't against sometimes working long hours and solving difficult problems on your own. There is tight integration between the designers and developers on most projects, mostly because the company sells itself as an Experience Agency so a lot of clients come to us for the visual design and experience design talent. We hire some very junior devs sometimes, which sucks because they end up turning into a burden for the team."
