What don't you like about working at Cygnus Business Media?

"I didn't like the fact that salaries had been frozen for four years. While understanding the need to get out from bankruptcy they continued to hire senior managers and not enough ïn the tranches workers."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I think they should continue to cultivate, grow and hire more talent in lower positions to support the growth of the divisions."

"There is a tremendous disconnect between upper management, and the folks who actually get the work done - and upper management is almost exclusively interested in the dollars.The pay tends to be at the lower end for the positions, despite a lot of nice sounding titles.The politics are problematic - and seem to cause more problems than anything else."
