"In the past 2 years at Cycamore Capital I have had an excellent experience. The company is lean and I have had tremendous responsibility from day one. The CEO is hands on and welcomes everyone's ideas and input. The company culture is laid back but hard working. We experienced some of the growing pains of a new company throughout the way but continued to improve our process, learn from our mistakes and succeed."
