"The location was close to my home. At first, the people were pretty friendly."

"My suggestion is that unless you are of totally the same mind as your supervisor or can totally submit to someone else wishes even to the extent that if they tell you to forget to be truthful when speaking about a co-worker or anyone else they have targeted, then don't apply here. Interview with a company with a heart - not this one."

What don't you like about working at Chicago Youth Centers?

"There is no one to complain to about abusive behavior as it is run as a family business."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I feel that since they are a social service agency, they should treat all with kindness and consideration. They show extreme favoritism to the extent that you have to totally submit to their seeming bullying."
