"While the companies of CWIE have amazing potential, the inside politics must be fixed before it can move forward. It seems that they enjoy bringing in individuals with very little experience; and in that way, they can push them around to do what they want. Seasoned professionals, however, do not appear to fit in well as they want yes people. I was lied to about the nature of what I was walking into and therefore was absolutely set up for failure; even if I was just a consultant."
