"I've worked for CVS Pharmacy for almost 5 years now. Overall, I enjoy the company and work place. I've moved my way up from pharmacy technician to certified pharmacy technician to lead pharmacy technician. I've worked at 3 different locations within the 5 year time frame. I then became a pharmacy coach and trained many newly hired technicians all over the district."

"I like meeting new people and learning new things daily."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Every store and area in the company is different. Expectations should be made based on the store and set at a corporate level."

"Learning something new almost everyday."

What don't you like about working at CVS?

"I dislike the low growth potential."

What do you like about working at CVS?

"Our location has good team work, but needs to enhance scores. Its a good place to enter each day with a higher class consumer location so there is a lot of experience dealing with customers in need of products that others geographical locations may not provide."

What don't you like about working at CVS?

"Being a lead pharmacy technician is the highest you can achieve in the pharmacy, unless you carry and eligible to obtain a pharmacy supervisor position, which is filled by a licensed pharmacist."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Open up their eyes a little bit more. Managerial economics shows that they may be at the bottom of the list, but their decisions echo up the ladder and give profit/loss outcome that the upper level has to deal with. They need to pay attention to the duties and outcomes achieved."

"I like the fast pace environment."

What don't you like about working at CVS?

"Poor employee appreciation."

"Management should take better care of their employees."
