"I started out in a very low position in the company and worked my way up. I am fully aware that that will cause challenges in getting properly compensated due to how promotions are paid (on a percentage). This is a culture across every industry I know of so I don't fault my company for this specifically."

"ABSOLUTE TRASH. The fact that a ma-and-pop business would pay higher at Base pay than someone who has worked with CVS for 20 years is ridiculous. This job serves as a good place to make some cash in a desperate position but NOT worth it in the long term. I was promoted 2 years after working with the company, because of a new manager caring about my ability to work, only to be left without promotion and respect for an additional 4 years."

"The base salary is in the 70s with a decent bonus program that tops out in the mid-80s. While I feel this is a good number for the role, the overall compensation including insurance benefits, could be more robust for such a large corporation. Their health insurance premiums are expensive and deductibles are outrageous for such limited coverage."

"The pay at CVS is low compared to other places where they pay you $15+/hourly if you’re certified. I’m certified and they are paying me $13/hourly. The same as a noncertified pharmacy technician. It’s decent but we do too much to only being paid $13/hour."
