"CVS is a company that has many opportunities. I enjoy the learning experience and customer care. I worked the vaccine clinics during COVID and truly loved the patient care. CVS did a great job of providing vaccines to patients and also always making sure they received their medication on time with ready fill schedule for prescriptions on file. Truly a great company to be a part of."

"I have worked in several different business domains and several companies. CVS Health stands out in helping taking care of their customers. IT can do better job in adopting newer technologies, bit slow in that aspect, but making some progress. Red Tapes can be cutdown for faster delivery."

"I've worked for CVS Health for over 7 years moving up from an intern to a pharmacist to a pharmacy manager. I have been fortunate to be given the opportunity to become a pharmacy manager which allowed me to apply my skill set while managing a multitude of different tasks. I want to change my career and move towards a biotechnology company in which I can fully utilize my knowledge."

"CVS Health has a mission to help people on their path to better health, and is willing to make big changes to reducing effective healthcare. My primary complaint about CVS is they are still on the fence about embracing technology, and the digital transition is somewhat of an afterthought. For example, the hiring experience is extremely complicated and confusing. As I’m sure is true with all large corporations, sometimes the vision at the top is hindered by the lack of vision and leadership at lower levels."

"In my experience at this company, I received fair compensation for my job (customer service representative), and was treated with respect by my colleagues and management staff. The only negative I would have to note upon would be that the stores always seemed to be a bit understaffed."

"Worked for 3+ years as a technology professional. Big company, but small if you want it to be. Good communication, good career path if you know where to find it. Benefits are getting increasingly worse, but compensation still good."

"Fast-paced environment with several opportunities to acquire customer service and time management skills. The job can be stressful at times, however, helping clients manage their health is rewarding. At the pharmacy that I worked at, everyone was friendly and very helpful. Overall, this job provided me with a chance to gain valuable work experience."

"Ever since I graduated from NP school in 2016, I have worked with CVS Health. I am amazed by their consistent dedication to providing high quality health care in an efficient way. Unfortunately, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, they had to reduce clinic hours and as a result, I am looking for more work."

"I worked there for 12 years and was adversely dis crimin ated against in the following ways: Executive Leader J o h n B uck ley, one time Chief Compliance Officer, blocked a promotion for my employee named L. H u g hes because of his se x ual identity, I protested and fought him to no avail, and I was later retaliated against, denied promotions and forced to leave after multiple public humiliation and moving my offices to smallest cubicle, taking all work away and removing my team for me. Most Recently Senior Director R a ja Ra mas am y of PMO repeatedly dis crimi nate d by race and age against me by passing over job assignments, ignoring my extensive credentials, providing negative employee reviews that did not follow established CVS policies, paid me lower rates with less benefits, and no raise as retaliation as a Caucasian over 50 years old in favor of indian coworkers resulting in emotional distress, negative financial effects, civil rights violations and having to quit the job. I followed all internal policies and procedures to address these including emails to L arry J. M e rlo, J on at han C. R ob erts. E va B or atto. and Ch ris tine Fitz ge rald to no avail and things only got worse so I left"
