"Management lacks skill in handling HR matters & treating their employees as adults. Founders have sourced fantastic products to sell in store. However, they have never worked at the retail level so they have no idea of what’s it like to be on the floor & only look at numbers on spreadsheets. Technology used in stores is problematic & slow. Although monograms look nice, the machines used in store are more of a liability than a asset."
