Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"You will be underpaid, given an IQ test as a requirement and will be made to feel like you are in a factory. I have a very high IQ - Mensa-ish and they have had higher. The owner is very wealthy and can convince you somehow that will become part of your someday."
What don't you like about working at CustomPlay?
"Ownership would rename variables to their liking, was paid nothing, and given nothing for overtime"

"none they know how I feel, I know how they feel. The management was great"
